Robert T. Healey, Esq.

Our Approach

Our ApproachAt St. Louis law firm Healey Law, we believe that the relationship between a client and his or her lawyer should be based on more than simply getting a good result.  This is not to say that results don’t matter.  Whether you have been injured in a car accident, have had credit reporting problems, or have suffered from unfair debt collection practices, we strive to provide excellent representation to our clients in order to obtain the best possible results.  Our clients can rest assured that we will vigorously and aggressively represent their interests.

At the same time, we believe that compassion and quality of service are equally important aspects of the attorney-client relationship.

So what does that really mean to Bob Healey’s clients?

Quality Service.  We believe honesty and communication are extremely important components of the attorney-client relationship.  We will be frank about the strengths and weaknesses of your case and keep you advised of all developments throughout the process.

In addition, we will be responsive to your questions and inquiries.  We utilize land lines, cell phones, text messaging and email to communicate with our clients in order to promptly respond to their questions or concerns.  If there is something about our schedule (court appearances or travel) which prevents us from providing an immediate response, we will advise you that a response to your inquiry is going to be delayed and the reason for it.  We cannot achieve the best result if we do not communicate throughout the process.

Compassion.  Lawyers are known as “counselors” for a reason.  We understand that the harms and wrongs experienced by our clients have had profound effects on their lives, and will always be sensitive to those feelings.

Results.  We will strive to obtain the very best results possible for all of our clients.

Contingent Fees
We handle many of our cases on a contingency fee basis. We only charge a fee if we are successful in recovering an award for you. Our fees are based on a percentage of any recovery we make for you.

Rules of Court require us to advise that clients may be responsible for costs/expenses. In most cases, however, these are deducted from any recovery at the conclusion of the matter.
